Join 322 Review as Painted Bride Quarterly hosts its first annual Bookfair for Literacy, May 13, 2009, in Berhakis Hall, Creese Student Center (32nd and Chestnut St., Philadelphia), from 10:00AM-5:00PM in an effort to promote awareness and prove that the book is not dead.
Regional small presses, academic publishers, and literary magazines will converge upon the Main Campus of Drexel University to celebrate writing and promote literacy through books. PBQ will also sponsor a used book sale with all proceeds donated to Philadelphia Reads, a local literacy group.

322 Review, in conjunction with Philadelphia Stories, will host a Poetry Slam Competition judged by special guest Cecily Kellogg at Progressive Coffee House, 208 High St W, Glassboro, NJ 08028 on Tuesday, April 7, from 7:00-9:00PM. (Ample parking in the rear.)
Participating poets should prepare 6-8 poems and be present between 6:30-7:00PM for registration. $10 entry fee per poet. First Place wins $100 and publication in 322 Review.
